Helping the homeless at Christmas

People often contact the Homelessness Unit at the Council just before Christmas with donations of goods or offers of help for the homeless. Unfortunately we are not able to accept these donations but would encourage you give them to agencies in the city that will make sure they go to help those in need at this time of year.

Here are some local organisations that will accept your help. Please note that due to the high volume of work, and the need to distribute the goods, none of these organisations are able to collect your donations from your home.
