We support older customers to live independently. We promote activities that reduce social isolation and encourage involvement. We are committed to attending the Supported Housing Forum meetings.
We will talk to you within 2 weeks of you moving in about what support, if any, you need, and agree a support plan with you and give you a copy of the plan. We will then review the support you receive with you at least once a year and more frequently if needed.
We provide preventative and reactive support for those who need it, including an accredited 24 hour Telecare Alarm Service for vulnerable customers. We will answer all the alarm calls within 30 seconds.
We aim to reach you within 45 minutes of an alarm call when you need assistance at home.
