Southampton: The ideal place to hold your event
Southampton has played host to many events ranging from the Tall Ships to the Round the World yacht races, pop festivals to classical concerts and radio road shows, Sport Relief and Race For Life to the Tour of Britain, Balloon & Flower Festival to the Kite Festival, circuses to fairs. It is also proud to be the home to the Southampton Boat Show.
The city has an array of parks and green open spaces which provides an ideal place for both large scale as well as smaller informal events serving the local community.
Although some areas have legal restrictions which limit their use, many areas have proved to be the perfect venue for events.
