If you like to use up loads of energy with sports and activities, then look no further. Summer is all about having lots of fun, so make the most of it with some of our top-tips and try something new. Stay inside and get into touch with some fun games and sports, go outside and be the next Tennis pro or splash about and learn to dive at the Quays. Whatever you decide, you'll be spoilt for choice this summer!

Staying inside

If the weather isn't up to much, you don't have to go outside to have fun or find yourself on an adventure. Whether you want to swim like a fish, pump iron like Popeye or get a head for heights climbing a rock face wall, there's plenty to do!

Who's your Mighty Mascot? > Youth Fitness Academy > Head for heights

Going outside

Summer's here and so is the warmer weather, so if it's cracking the flags get some sunshine and perhaps become the next Andy Murray and bat like a tennis pro, or get on your bike ring your bell and pedal like hell! You may even like to try zipping around the Alpine centre on their super-fast Ringos.

Wet and wild

You don't have to just swim to have fun and there are lots of water based activities to whet your appetite. Sail away on the water, or kayak yourself into a new sport. Dive into a new hobby or just float about and use some fun flumes.
