What's the difference between Platinum membership and pay on arrival?
Platinum membership entitles you to use of activities at three venues and is payable monthly or annually. 'Pay on arrival' has no commitment and each activity is priced separately according to peak and off peak to use. An average price comparison shows that more than two activities per week would suit Platinum Membership, where as less than one activity per week is better for pay on arrival. *

Can I bring guests on my Platinum membership? |

Of course you can bring guests, if your guest wants to enter our gym they require an induction, all guests need to 'pay on arrival' or at time of booking.

How long is the contract? |
|
The contract is a minimum of 6 months, although if you are paying by direct debit this will automatically continue until you give notice to cancel. If you have made a single annual payment your membership will expire after 12 months.

Once you have completed your 6 month membership you must give 30 days notice in writing to the membership secretary, or alternatively you can contact a member of the sales team at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex who will submit your request and be able to answer any questions you may have. Once your contract has expired you will automatically become a pay on arrival customer. If you wish to re join at any time you will be charged a joining fee.**
