Personal Programmes

Platinum - Personal Programmes.

Personal programmes are a great way for you to get focused and start to see results. Your fitness instructor can book a personal programme for you once you have completed your induction. Personal programmes last up to an hour.

The first step in designing an exercise program is to establish a specific objective: to determine which physical parameters are to be improved. If body weight and aerobic condition are important aerobic exercise will be indicated; if muscle and joint stiffness is a problem, flexibility training should play a great part; if muscle strength is low, some strengthening work should be indicated.

A program should be designed to meet the established objectives. This involves decisions about the type, duration and frequency of exercise as well as the means to evaluate progress in the form of relevant physiological and/or performance tests. Our fully trained instructors will ensure that these key factors are present within your personal program.
