ASA National dive awards
The teaching programme is based on the ASA awards scheme. At the conclusion of each set of assessed lessons, children will have the opportunity to be tested on the skills needed to achieve the grade level of the course they have undertaken.
Adult lessons:
Lessons are available for beginner and intermediate level. Adults should initially book in for a beginner’s lesson for assessment to determine which level they should be diving at. For adults we provide weekly sessions, which can be booked on a ‘one-off’ basis. Adults who wish to become competitive divers may be invited to the masters section of the academy when they reach appropriate proficiency.
Available Mondays 8:30-9:30pm and Wednesdays 8-9pm.

Southampton invitational gala Saturday 20 March is for more advanced divers and provides an opportunity for competitors to make the qualifying standard to compete in the National age group finals to be held at the Quays on 30 March - 1 April 2008. It will also be a tracking event for the National junior talent programme, involving many of the top junior elite divers from across the country.
