Go Swim lessons-swim tots
For children aged three to five years this class caters for both beginners and improvers and links into the national levels shown to the right. Badges are available for the completion of each level.
Go Swim lessons-1-2-1 and 1-2-2
Go Swim 1-2-1 and 1-2-2 lessons are 30 minutes in duration and can be especially productive if the swimmer needs to work on a particular aspect of their swimming.

Amateur Swimming Awards (ASA) National swim awards:
The ASA has implemented a structured award system which is made up of 12 levels, and can be achieved by all children taking part in lessons. The National Plan for Teaching Swimming allows children to move up through all levels, receiving plenty of motivation and rewards as they go!
Certificates and badges are awarded for the following levels:

There are also many other badges available throughout the levels including distance and water skills.
From level 7 and above the head coach from Southampton City Swimming Club links in with the Go Swim lessons at the Quays and Bitterne to look for talented swimmers wishing to progress into competive swimming.
