With summer here, and with the need to get out and participate in physical activity increasing, we are offering you a great trial to help you dust away those cobwebs. So grab your fitness kit and join ‘Fit for summer’!

Fit for summer gives you the opportunity to trial our Platinum health and fitness facilities across three venues – giving you more venues, more choice, more value. Each of the venues is able to offer the highest quality fitness equipment and swimming pools, in addition to a wide variety of group fitness classes including Body combat, G-Cycle, and Body pump.

Fit for summer costs only £25. Included in the price is one fitness induction (worth £20), a personal fitness programme (normally £20), and five visits to use at any of the following venues:

• Chamberlayne Leisure Centre
Weston Lane, Weston, Southampton, SO19 9SJ

• The Quays Swimming and Diving Complex
Harbour Parade, Southampton, SO15 1BA

• Once you are signed up, you will be issued with a Fit for summer card which will give you access to the facilities. The card will be signed and dated by a member of staff on each of your five visits.

  Fit for summer customers may use any number of facilities within a venue during each of their day visits. For example, once the receptionist at the centre has checked and signed your card, you may go and use the fitness suite, swimming pools, sauna, steam room, badminton and group fitness classes – and this will only count as one visit! Fit for summer therefore gives you the chance to really experience everything that Platinum membership can offer you.

  What’s more, once you have completed your five Fit for summer sessions, and should you wish to join Platinum health and fitness permanently, we are pleased to offer you a specially reduced joining fee! Within one month of completing your Fit for summer card, you will be entitled to a joining fee of only £15 (normally £50), offering you a saving of 70%!
