Classes are designed to be varied, exhilarating, and most importantly fun! We have now Introduced a number of Body Training Systems (BTS) classes such as BodyCombat at Bitterne and BodyPump at The Quays and Chamberlayne.
Some classes are aimed at working specific body areas, while others give a great all over body workout. There are classes that will make you sweat while others ease your mind and help you relax.

Group Fitness
The group fitness programme allows you to work out across three venues via a range of classes;
• The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex
• Bitterne Leisure Centre
• Chamberlayne Leisure Centre
The Quays studios
Discover the studios;
Studio one has a sprung floor for your comfort and safety and is home to our diverse group fitness classes. The group fitness classes offer the opportunity to achieve all round fitness. For our full guide to classes, please see our group fitness timetable. The majority of group fitness classes are included within the Platinum health & fitness membership package.
Studio 2 is our latest addition and is used for G-cycle classes. G-cycle is a great cardiovascular workout, with classes available for all levels of fitness from beginner to advance. The studio is equipped with lighting that will keep you motivated and help you get the best out of your workout.
