The Quays sauna and steam room

The sauna and steam room is available for all Platinum members aged over 16 years. The steam room cleanses the skin, aids circulation and relieves stress. The sauna offers a dry heat, operating at approximately 80-100°C, cleansing the skin, aiding circulation and soothing tired muscles. Both provide a heightened sense of well-being as sweating enhances the detoxifying capacity of the skin thus opening pores and flushing impurities from the body.
