BROADEN YOUR COACHING KNOWLEDGE

The Sports Development Unit run a number of courses for sports coaches, club officials and volunteers. These include 'Sports Coach UK' (SCUK) and Sport England 'Running Sport' courses as well as many other other useful workshops.

The SCUK workshops are generic and offer coaches practical advice on various coaching topics and principles. Whether you are a fully qualified coach, volunteer or student these workshops are a great way to broaden your coaching portfolio and consequently improve your coaching methods. The 'Running Sport' workshops offer guidance for sports club officials, including information on funding, equality and basic web development.
