Computer and Internet Use
Libraries provide free access to computers to use the Internet and Microsoft Office software including spreadsheets, presentations, word processing, databases and Publisher.
Who can use this service:
This service is for anyone with a Southampton City Library card. Visitors to the City staying for less than 3 weeks can apply for a temporary internet card. Users must show proof of name. All users must agree to terms and conditions for use when logging onto the system Users 14 or under must have parental consent to use the computers
Charges:
No charge to use. Printing charge of 10p per page for black and white and 20p per page for colour printing.

I am a vistior to the City can I use the internet?
Visitors to the City staying for less than 3 weeks can apply for a temporary internet card. You must show proof of name. A temporary card can only be issued once. If you are staying in the City for longer than 3 weeks, you will need to apply for a temporary library card. Name and address ID must be shown.
