The Titanic collection
Southampton Library has an excellent collection of material on the 'Titanic'. Discover fascinating material about the ship, including when and where she was built, facts about the crew and passengers and details about her only voyage and sinking.
The Titanic collection includes virtually every book written about the ship. Crew and passenger lists are available, as are the official reports into the disaster. The library also has a press clippings collection, which includes newspaper reports on the sinking, and news items about individual victims and survivors. Two journals dedicated to 'Titanic' research, the 'Titanic Commutator' and 'Atlantic Daily Bulletin' are stocked. There are four videos on the 'Titanic', which can be viewed in the library.
