Based in Southampton reference library, we offer the largest collection of published business information in the region. There is access to online subscriptions and CD products from a dedicated PC that can be pre-booked.

Proposed reading group for business
As part of the National Year of Reading the business library wants to start a reading group for informal discussion of printed or electronic articles or books around topics of interest.
Company information at Southampton libraries
The Business information centre can provide access to information on UK and many overseas companies through published directories and lists of companies publishing their report details on the web. Resources include a full set of UK telephone directories, company and trade directories, and a database for company information.
Legal and technical information
Books and updated loose leaf legal guides on employment, import and export, catering, business law and tax are located in the business information centre.
Market research
Southampton Business Information Centre subscribes to online Keynote market research reports. Statistics and trade journals provide valuable background data on key market sectors and use is made of NewsUK online for recent news and comment.
