Personal Budgets and Support Plans

If you are assessed as being eligible for support from Adult Social Care you will be given a Personal Budget to buy the services that you want and that meet the eligible support needs you have identified. This means that you will have more control over your care and the funding for your care. Having a Support Plan helps you to manage your care and to review how things are going.
