Home safety

We provide a number of services to make sure that your home is safe and secure. Please contact us for more information on these services.

Homesafe

Homesafe is an organisation which will signpost what services are available to you in Southampton. They can also help you with form filling. You can ask for this advice by email or phone and you can also ask for them to come and visit you at home. Although the consultation service is free, there may be a cost associated with some of the services.

For more information please call 023 8074 1078 or email homesafe.scheme@scaccs.org.uk.

Telehealthcare

Telehealthcare simply means providing support and reassurance from a distance through a range of alarms and sensors. These alarms and sensors, placed in someone’s home raise an alert to the Community Alarm Centre in the event of a potential problem or accident. Telehealthcare can help vulnerable people manage the risks of living in their own homes, while still remaining as independent as possible. You can get more information on Telehealthcare by visiting the link to the left.
