When you book a course you will be provided with joining instructions, including venue, date, time and any other relevant information.
How to get to the venue
A map of how to get to the venue will be provided with the joining instructions. If you have not received them 7 days before the course date please contact Jackie Swann on tel 023 8091 7770 and select "Option One".
Refreshments
Coffee and tea is included in the course fees. Lunch is included with most full day courses.
Course literature
Printed course notes are included in the course fees. All course literature is copyright and may not be reproduced without the permission of the copyright holder.
Certificate of attendance
Unless an accredited qualification applies, you will be provided with a certificate of attendance for every course you attend. You may be required to complete a short test or assignment for the certificate to be awarded.
