The ‘pack’ includes fact sheets and leaflets covering a range of issues that carers may come across when caring for someone.
They contain information and advice on matters such as the carer's assessment, health, housing, finance, transport and direct payments.
There are also lists of local and national organisations and the opportunity to comment and suggest new items or amendments.
The ‘pack’ information will be updated frequently to provide new information and to reflect changes in policy and legislation.
