Adult social care

We provide a range of services for adults with long and short term health and care needs. Together with the Primary Care Trust, the NHS and voluntary organisations we work to make sure that you have access to the services that you need to live as independently as possible. We also offer advice and support to carers and relatives of people receiving, or in need of, our services.
