We also run an an awards scheme which allows you to nominate a member of staff who has impressed you. Please visit our customer services excellence awards pages for more information.

Making a complaint

We define a complaint as 'any expression of dissatisfaction, whether justified or not.' Whatever your complaint, we will take it seriously. We also see any complaint as an opportunity to learn so that we can improve our services in the future.

If you are not satisfied with a service you have received or you feel you have been treated unfairly, we want to hear from you.
