If you would like to speak to someone in person then Gateway, located at One Guildhall Square, is our one stop shop for council services. Please call the Adult Contact Team on 023 8083 3003 if you would like to make an appointment.

If you have a care manager and you need to contact them but are unsure who they are please call the Adult Contact Team on the number above.
Access to your records
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, anyone who has received a social care service from us is entitled to apply to see their records. For more information please see our Access to social care records page.
