Housing advice

Housing Advice is the City Council’s specialist housing advice service. We offer:

• Help and support in managing disputes with your landlord

• Advice for customers struggling with their mortgage

• Advice and assistance in the event of unlawful eviction and harassment

• Help if you are threatened with homelessness

• Help with finding alternative accommodation

• Call in person at the Gateway based in the Civic Centre
• Make an appointment for an interview
