Your housing service

Your housing service is able to provide you with a range of advice, help and information on your council home and the services available to you.

Payment of rent can be made using your payment card at any one of over 100 shops in the city where you see the PayPoint symbol. Direct Debit is probably the most convenient way for you to pay your rent or you can pay at any of the offices when they are open. Please see below for opening times. Contact the Income Team at Maybush Local Housing Office with any queries regarding rent or arrears or to set up a Direct Debit.

Other housing services such as dealing with neighbour nuisance, tenancy queries, abandoned vehicles and empty property management can be directed to your Housing Services Team.
