The Tenant Participation Unit has been working with tenants on a new code of conduct to cover all tenant involvement activities.
This code of conduct sets out the minimum standards of acceptable behaviour required during tenant and leaseholder meetings and other occasions when tenants and leaseholders are taking part in involvement activities.
