The Money Advice Service is a national and independent service set up by government which offers free information online, over the phone and face to face. The website can be accessed by clicking the logo on the left and an easy to follow financial health-check can also be found at the bottom of this page.

Welfare Rights and Money Advice
Free and impartial money advice for residents including a downloadable debt toolkit which gives step by step advice on how to sort out money problems. There is also a guide to basic bank accounts for those who may have previously struggled to open an account.
