Young People In Care Council

The Young People in Care Council (YPICC) represents the views of all young people in care and meets with decision makers to help them implement positive changes.

  • YPICC is a forum where children looked after can come together to share their thoughts, views and experiences of growing up within the care system

  • YPICC is a place where you can make a positive change within our community and brighten the lives of many

  • YPICC gives you the opportunity to be a part of the future design of Children's Services, and gain new skills and accreditation

  • Our voices are heard by local and central government and the Children's Rights Director of England

  • YPICC meets at a central location in Southampton once per month

Speak up - Make a difference - Meet new friends - Learn new skills - Gain accreditation
