What should I do if my Smartcities Card is lost?
If you have lost a local Smartcities Card, a payment of £5 needs to be made at Gateway, Civic Centre and a new card will be issued.

What should I do if my English National Concessionary Bus Pass is lost?
If you have lost an English National Concessionary Bus Pass, a payment of £7.50 needs to be made at Gateway, Civic Centre and a new card will be issued.

What should I do if my Smartcard is stolen?
We require a police crime reference number either over the telephone or through Gateway, Civic Centre and a new card will be re-issued.
No payment is required.
