What should I do if my Smartcities Card is lost?

If you have lost a Standard Smartcities Card or a Local Southampton bus pass a payment of £5 needs to be made in Gateway at One Guildhall Square (on the site of the old C&A building opposite the Guildhall) and a new card will be posted to you.

We require a police crime reference number either over the telephone or through Gateway at One Guildhall Square (on the site of the old C&A building opposite the Guildhall) and a new card will be posted to you.
