If you have lost a Bus Pass, a payment of £10.00 will need to be made at Gateway at One Guildhall Square (on the site of the old C&A building opposite the Guildhall) and a new card will be posted to you. All details are held on our secure computer database so you will not need to complete another application form or submit another photograph.

If you have lost a Standard Smartcities Card a payment of £5 will need to be made in Gateway at One Guildhall Square (on the site of the old C&A building opposite the Guildhall) and a new card will be posted to you. What should I do if my Bus Pass or Smartcities Card is stolen?
We require a police crime reference number either over the telephone or through Gateway at One Guildhall Square (on the site of the old C&A building opposite the Guildhall) and a new card will be posted to you.
