I would like to say how lovely, friendly, helpful and efficient all the staff were that I had dealings with. Nothing was too much trouble for them and the celebrant on the day was wonderful! I kept changing my mind and they were so patient!!. Thank you to everyone.

In general, it’s up to you and your partner to decide on what you would like to include in your ceremony – it might be that you want to make new commitment statements to each other or even reaffirm the vows you made on your original wedding or civil partnership day.

How you personalize the ceremony really is up to you – it might be by playing music that is special to you both, displaying photo’s or inviting guests from your original ceremony. Don’t forget you can also give each other a gift during the ceremony or have readings – these can be done by yourself, your guests or the person holding the ceremony, called a Celebrant.

Our sample ceremony shows you some of the choices you could make.

In commemoration of this special occasion, we will present you with a framed certificate and a copy of the ceremony.
