Application for grant of a premises licence in respect of Attitude Custom Cycles Ltd, 2-4 Stoneham Lane, Southampton SO16 2NL, attached.

The Sub-Committee heard legal advice in relation to s.176 of the Licensing At 2003 and the impact upon a premises licence, if granted, to garage premises. The applicant agreeing that there was no issue as to primary use (no use of the premises other than that of a garage is asserted) decided that the best option was to withdraw the application.
