To approve and sign as a correct record the Minutes of the meetings held on 19th July 2018 and to deal with any matters arising, attached.

RESOLVED: that the minutes of the Chief Officer Employment Panel meeting held on 19th July 2018 be approved and signed as a correct record.

 

 

8.

Exclusion of Press and Public

Chair to move that in accordance with the Council's Constitution, specifically the Access to Information Procedure Rules contained within the Constitution, the press and public be excluded from the meeting in respect of the following items based on Categories 1, 2 and 3 of paragraph 10.4 of the Access to Information Procedure Rules.


The information contained therein is potentially exempt as it relates to individual personal details and information held under the Data Protection Act 1998. Having applied the public interest test it is not appropriate to disclose this information as the individuals' legal expectation of privacy outweighs the public interest in the exempt information.

SHORTLISTING FOR PERMANENT APPOINTMENT TO POST OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE AND HEAD OF PAID SERVICE

Report of the Service Director Human Resources and Organisational Development detailing the shortlisting process for the permanent appointment to post of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service, attached.

The Panel considered the confidential report of the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development regarding shortlisting for the permanent appointment to the role of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service.

 

RESOLVED: that those identified as suitable candidates from the long list be shortlisted for the role of Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service and invited to interview.

10.

Transfer of DASS responsibilities to Service Director Quality and Integration

Report of the Chief Executive and Head of Paid Service detailing the transfer of the Director of Adult Social Services Responsibilities to the Director of Quality and Integration, attached.

Minutes:

The Panel considered the confidential report of the Interim Chief Executive detailing the transfer of Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) Responsibilities to the Director of Quality and Integration (ICU).

 

RESOLVED: that the appointment of Stephanie Ramsey as Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) for a period of 6 months, integrated into her current role as Director of Quality and Integration be approved.
