We the undersigned petition the council to Retain weekly bin collections
Southampton will not remain a nice place to live in without weekly refuse collections. We are a city with many multi-occupancy properties. Other cities adopting this policy provide several bins for differing waste types. Refuse collection is a very basic requirement for the paying public.
