To consider the report of the Cabinet Member for Health and Adult Social Care detailing a review and redesign of the Behaviour Change contracts which underpin health promotions by adopting healthier lifestyles to support long term sustainability of health and social care systems in Southampton supporting the commissioning strategy for Prevention and Early Intervention. The report will also seek authority to commence a procurement process for the provision of an Integrated Health Improvement and Healthier Lives Service.
