Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Decision date amended to 15 November 2016 from 20 September 2016 to enable further consultation. Decision date amended to 19 October 2016. Following further work and consultation, it has been agreed to bring this forward to October 2016 and to add 2 related items on Housing Related Support and Community Development on the Forward Plan which form part of the phased implementation of the unified approach.
