Re-Procurement of Domiciliary Care Framework

Report of the Cabinet Member for Housing and Adult Care advising that the current domiciliary care framework comes to an end on the 31st of March 2019 and the necessary approval is sought to prepare and proceed with a re-procurement of a framework to ensure arrangements are in place to provide continuity of service on expiry.

Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: The paper entitled Re-Procurement of Domiciliary Care Framework was presented to Joint Commissioning Board on the 11th of January. The procurement process will now proceed under the general delegations contained in part 1 of the officer scheme (for Chief Officers/Directors). Further consideration may be required dependent upon the outcome of the procurement either by Cabinet or Joint Commissioning Board. Therefore at this time the paper will not progress to cabinet.
