Consultation process

Items can only be place on the plan with the authorisation of the relevant Head of Service or Executive Director

Slippage/Variations/Reason for Withdrawal: Decision on this item has been deferred 9th December 2019 to allow time for further analysis and consideration of the consultation responses. Taking into account the outcome of a public consultation and a review of the current letting situation for the Council's Supported Housing Schemes, which has improved, the decision has been taken to withdraw the age reduction proposal at this time. We are reviewing possible alterations to some of our Supported Housing Schemes which may make them more attractive to applicants over the age of 60 in the future. We will continue to monitor the letting situation in Supported Housing Schemes. Should circumstances change we may visit this again at a later date.
