Minutes:
The Committee considered the report of the Head of Legal and Democratic Services setting out a proposed revised Statement of Licensing Policy following consultation. This was in accordance with Section 5 of the Licensing Act 2003 requiring the Council as the Licensing Authority to adopt a Statement of Licensing Policy every five years.
RESOLVEDthat the draft Statement of Licensing Policy as at Appendix 2 to the report, as amended following revisions arising from the formal consultation, be recommended for adoption by Full Council on 18th November 2015.
