To note any changes in membership of the Panel made in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4.3.

The Committee noted that Councillor Letts was in attendance as a nominated substitute for Councillor Williams in accordance with Council Procedure Rule 4.3 for the purposes of this meeting only.

To approve and sign as a correct record the Minutes of the meetings held on
16 November 2010 and to deal with any matters arising, attached.

RESOLVED that the minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Management Committee, held on 18^th November 2010 be approved and signed as a correct record, subject to the following amendment: 

Minute 44 – Delete resolution (ii).  Add at the end of resolution (i) ‘The Chair to progress issues on individual inquiries as required outside of the meeting.’
