Exclusion Of The Press And Public At a predetermined point during the consideration of all items the Sub-Committee may move into private session in order to receive legal advice when determining issues. The press and the public, unless otherwise excluded by Category 4 of paragraph 10.4 of the Council's Access to Information Procedure Rules, will be invited to return immediately following that private session at which time the matter will be determined and the decision of the Sub-Committee will be announced. determine the application for the variation of the sex shop licence
in respect of 439 Millbrook Road West, Southampton, SO15

Minutes: The Sub-Committee considered the application for the variation of the sex shop licence in respect of 439 Millbrook Road West, Southampton SO15 0HX.
Mr Smith (applicant) was present and with the consent of the Chair addressed the meeting.
RESOLVED i) that the proposed change of trading name “Adult Superstore” for the premises be approved; ii) that the shop front variation as shown in produced image be approved; to a blue frontage with a double door and a single window either side of each door, with the lobby area relocated to a central position; and iii) that the shop front will have white lettering on frosted glass, in line with the image provided with the application. |
