The Committee considered, without making any further recommendations, the report of the Head of Legal, HR and Democratic Services regarding the arrangements for the establishment and composition of the formal Health and Wellbeing Board, and new health scrutiny function regulations.  (Copy of report circulated with the agenda and appended to signed minutes).

RESOLVED that the Committee recommend to Council that the proposed Terms of Reference for the Board be included in Part 3 of the Council’s Constitution.
