for Growth, detailing updates to the five-year Highways and
Transport investment programme.
This was added to the capital programme as part of the Medium Term
Financial Strategy approved by Council in February 2020. To comply
with the Council’s financial procedure rules for incurring
expenditure against capital projects approval to incur expenditure
against the programme is now required for the 2021/22
projects.
