To consider a report of the Head of Decent Homes seeking approval to increase with effect from 1st November 2010 the Landlord Controlled Heating Charge.
Cabinet on 28th July 2008 approved the setting of charges for landlord controlled heating to tenants to provide a more visible and fair method for calculating heating charges across the city. The Head of Decent Homes has delegated authority to undertake all such ancillary action to implement these proposals. An officer key decision will be made under delegation 6.5.6 “To determine the level of charges for Landlord Controlled Heating”.
