Delivery of an Intelligent Transport System and Community Safety Closed Circuit Television Services

To consider a report of the Leader of the Council seeking approval to commence a procurement process for the potential future delivery of the Council’s Intelligent Transport System and Community Safety Closed Circuit Television Services following the completion of an Outline Business Case  examining their potential relocation to the City Depot.

 

The Cabinet will be asked to approve a recommendation to commence the process to procure a potential private sector partner to facilitate this move and to deliver these services on behalf of the Council for a 10-15 year period. A further report will be brought to the Cabinet prior to any potential contract award to confirm the final business case for the proposed way forward.
