‘Stay Connected’ is your opportunity to find out about a range of topics and receive instant email alerts when items you’ve subscribed to get updated.
Sign up by clicking on the ‘Stay Connected’ logo at the top of this page (you’ll find it on all our pages). The only information that you need to provide is an email address. New subscribers can then choose the items that they would like to receive email updates for, whether it’s city events and leisure activities, council tax and benefits, recycling and bin collections, as well as how often they would like to receive updates. Your email address will be kept confidential, and you can change your details or cancel the service at any time.
It’s all about making our services more open and responsive - residents stay better informed and can get information immediately, saving precious time searching websites. We improve our responsiveness to residents, interact more effectively, and reduce paper use and postage costs by sending information by email.
