You can now pay for many council services online, using your credit or debit card. Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card, there may be a surcharge of 2.5% added to the transaction. Simply follow the links below to make a payment. To use the online payments service you will need to have with you your debit or credit card together with details of the bill you are paying. (for example: invoice number, customer id, date etc.)

Pay an invoice
To pay an invoice you will need to use our invoice payments system. Please note, you will need your invoice number and invoice date to proceed.

Parking penalty charge notices
To use the online payment service you will need to enter the PCN ticket number and the vehicle registration number.
If we are unable to accept payment online due to an issue with your PCN we will direct you to call our customer services team.
You cannot pay online if you have received a Warrant or if your vehicle has been clamped/removed by a bailiff. If your vehicle has been clamped or removed by the bailiff, you will need to contact the bailiff company direct.
