Ceremony customer care surveys 1 April 2017-31 March 2018

  • 98% of customers found it easy to book their ceremony
  • 51% of customers booked our fabulous Golden Jubilee Room for their ceremony
  • 23% of customers opted for one of our other approved venues for their ceremony
  • 100% of customers found the registration staff professional, friendly and courteous
