Caring Communities grant

The Caring Communities Grant is a one-off grant scheme offering one year grants to kick-start activities across the city that help people care for themselves and each other. Grants of between £100 and £5,000 are available to support projects that benefit Southampton residents.

Who can apply?

  • Not-for-profit organisations, including community groups, registered charities, social enterprises, faith organisations and uniform groups (such as guides or scouts) and schools
  • Care providers (domiciliary care, extra care, residential care or nursing care) who are contracted to deliver services on behalf of Southampton City Council

Deadlines for applications: Friday 26 January 2018 at midday

How to apply

  1. Read the application guidelines to ensure your organisation and project are eligible for funding

  2. Download and save the MS Word application form to your computer

  3. Submit the application form and the supporting documents to the email address on the form. You can also submit the supporting documents by post if you need to.
