The Community Cohesion Grant is a one-off grant scheme offering one or two year grants to improve community cohesion and inclusivity in the city of Southampton. Grants of between £100 and £15,000 are available to support projects that provide positive interactions and education or mechanisms to tackle specific issues.
Who can apply
Not-for-profit organisations, including community groups, registered charities, social enterprises, faith organisations, schools and uniform groups (such as guides or scouts)

How to apply
- Read the application guidelines to ensure your organisation and project are eligible for funding.
- Download and save the MS Word application form to your computer.
- Submit the application form and the supporting documents to the email address on the form. You can also submit the supporting documents by post if you need to.
