What documents will the registrar give me?
The registrar will give you a short birth certificate free of charge and a form FP58 to register your baby with a GP. You will also be asked if you want to purchase additional short or full birth certificates.
Charges:
Additional short or full birth certificates cost £3.50 each at the time of registration.
