Neighbourhood Involvement helps local people work together to build strong communities where everyone is valued and involved. We support local people who want to make a difference to where they live.
Our service is here to:
• Advise new community associations and residents groups about starting up
• Support local groups set up social enterprise schemes, apply for funding and organising events
• Encourage people to get involved in community clean-up projects including work to improve the local environment
• Help community associations who run community centres to provide improved facilities for local people
• Working with a range of groups providing activities for young people
